My name is Sharon Anderson and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas who is supervised by Melody Palmer-Arizola.

I believe change starts with a single, brave step — and I’m here to meet you right where you are whether that’s using narrative, Gestalt, existential, person-centered therapy or an eclectic approach. My Experience:

With years of experience in crisis intervention and working with adolescents and families in residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and group practice settings, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how life’s challenges impact individuals and relationships. Supporting Spanish-speaking clients has also been a cornerstone of my practice, allowing me to connect across cultures and offer tailored care.


Now, my focus is on helping adults—whether individuals or couples—navigate the complexities of anxiety, burnout, and relationship struggles. I bring a compassionate yet practical approach, drawing from my diverse experience to help you break through barriers, heal, and create meaningful change.
